April 2012
So Waino didn’t get the win, but 6IP with 7 K, only 1 BBÂ and 1 ER is progress!
I think the Rays have mastered the solo home run during this game. 4 for you, Rays.
Yay, I bought left field tickets for Thursday’s Angels @ Rays game. My parents will be sitting in our season ticket seats, so I said screw you and bought my own.
My seat is apparently in the first row in the outfield, too. I’ve always wanted to sit there, so I’m excited. I should bring my camera and take pictures of Desmond’s butt the whole game.
I would be oh-so-delighted if Waino got his first win against the Cubs tonight. Yes.

Andrea Chiaradio, a Connecticut high school softball player, struckout every single batter that came to the plate in her team’s 3-0 win.
“I had a few 3-2 counts so that was close. And they tried bunting a few times, but they either fouled it off or just couldn’t get it down. The last batter was left-handed and fouled a few pitches off. I got kind of nervous. Then I threw a fastball on the outside corner for the last strike and it was all over.”
She pitched her perfect game hours before Phil Humber of the White Sox threw his. Clearly, something was in the air that day.
